"This is totally not what I was expecting". Well, we are here to tell you that The Engagement Specialists operate differently than your normal behind-the-counter associates you see at a retail jewelry store. We take a consultative approach to educate you about diamonds and walk you through the process of helping you find the perfect ring at wholesale price. We are right by your side the entire time. Would a retail jewelry store be available to help you like that? Absolutely not!
As for me, I recently jumped on board in February of 2016 and just so happen to be Kevin's wife. Which brings us to the next question, "How do you manage to work with each other"? In which we answer, "We just can". I am in charge of all the social media accounts, so yes, that would be me bombarding your feeds. And I don't apologize one bit; our products are too beautiful not to share! I also occasionally play the role of Vanna White and get to wear and showcase our beautiful jewelry. It's tough work, but someone has to do it!
The Faces Behind the Diamonds
Founder and Owner, Kevin Brown established Brilliance in Diamonds in 2012 after working in the wholesale and retail sides of jewelry. Kevin studied in New York City at The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and has been in the diamond industry for 8 years. He is literally your right hand (diamond) man. Kevin loves not only creating custom pieces, but most importantly the relationships that are created with customers.
